The amazing PCB 'Pancake Brake' is now reality. The PCB is the worlds first pistonless hydraulic brake system. By simplifying the caliper and effectively removing the pistons, the PCB becomes light, efficient, economics, low profile and virtually maintenance free.
Strong Viton rubber diaphragm seals push the pad as there are no pistons to stick. The pad retraction is guarateed every time.
Extensively tested throughout Europe, the US and Asia, the PCB has received great reviews from Pro-XC racers and Downhillers alike. Supplied with Ashima AiRotors, Ashima Pads and Ashima Adaptors, the complete brake weighs in around 300 grams!
The front features a 180mm Ashima AiRotor, whilst the rear version has a 160mm AiRotor.
